Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our handmade bath products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right!
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at veralunaholistic@gmail.com with:
1. Your order number
2. A photo of the issue
3. A brief description
We’ll replace the item or issue store credit based on the situation.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for damaged or incorrect items that cannot be replaced. Once approved, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed. Please double-check your order before submitting!
